Our goal is to have our institution be considered the museum that represents the past and the identity of this community. We aspire to reach a wider audience and younger generations by the usage and development of digital interfaces. We work for the advancement of a museum that can speak to and include those outside its walls, that motivates individuals and communities to act, that beyond providing knowledge can encourage thought and strengthen the feelings of local patriotism and community, that can be a positive space for recreation and mental health. A museum for local and personal identity.
In order to achieve our goals we plan to include professionals from different fields of science and local citizens.
